Hershey
Launching Transformational Powerhouse Behaviours
Hershey are transforming. They have a clear mission to be the globally leading snacking powerhouse. We needed to inspire, equip and mobilise the Hershey leadership community to drive and support that transformation.
We worked with the team to launch, embed and train a new set of Powerhouse Behaviours, behaviours singly focused on fixing challenges and accelerating the transformation. The behaviours were designed to focus leaders on the priorities that would have the biggest impact; Push to prioritize, Decide and act, Anticipate change and Be real.
We created a bespoke leadership development program to upskill and equip senior leaders with tangible and practical tools to ensure the Powerhouse Behaviours translated to reality and, action.
There’s a big secret in leadership development. Research tells us that we forget about 50% of new information within an hour of learning, about 70% of new information within 24 hours, and up to 90% within a week. We needed to think differently.
Our strategy was founded in nudge psychology to shape everyday decision-making. Taking behaviours and then putting them into immediate practice after bite-sized inspiration experiences.
The program was delivered in monthly leadership sessions and supported with actionable plans and tools to support leaders in shaping the transformational behaviours with their teams. Leaders were challenged with implementing the behaviours month by month, enabling them to focus on building positive and lasting habits.
Fauna’s deep expertise, creativity and dedication, accelerated our challenging culture shift, by embedding new behaviours within our leaders and their teams.

Ericsson
Boundary Pushing Internal Communications
When we met Martin Fitzpatrick and his team, we knew we’d found the right partner. The team want to think differently and push what’s possible in internal communications at Ericsson.
Ericsson is transforming and the future doesn’t wait. It’s shaped by those bold enough to drive it. This is a world of connectivity and Ericsson’s unmatched scale, expertise and technology position them to lead in a way that nobody has before.
They’re shaping a more agile and responsive organisation that better serves their customers. An organisation with enhanced collaboration, innovation, and efficiency. Great strategic communications are right at the heart of getting that right.
Communication is 60% of my overall job. Whether it’s with frontline team members or beyond. It’s an intrinsic part of being a leader, and should be a constant area of improvement, because it’s almost our full-time job. If Ericsson wants to achieve any of our objectives – customer, financial – then as leaders – we must put energy to excel in it and touch all layers of our organisation.
Ericsson Senior Leader
A strategic approach
We work alongside the team to not just react to transformation, but to use communication to shape the experience of it. We’ve pulled together a future-focused framework to structure our thinking and work. That covers employee listening, narrative creation, equipping and inspiring leaders, and strategic communications that set our sights on the future.
What we’re working on
- Setting the standard of internal communications through employee listening and co-creation workshops and senior leader interviews.
- Strategic alignment and connection to take strategy from words, into action.
- Back to Work Playbook: Designed specifically for leaders and line managers, this playbook provided clear, actionable guidance to navigate the complexities of evolving work environments.
- Communicating through transformation: Transformation too often puts us in the grey, great communications break through with clarity for every audience. These communications had a 100% engagement rate across 11,000 people.
Our strategic partnership with Fauna is invaluable. They bring a depth of experience and fresh perspective, that complements our internal team. Their ability to work exceptionally quickly, without ever compromising on quality, makes them an indispensable extension of our team.

WorkPossible
We crave learning. Humans crave possibility. But we don’t always equate that learning to understanding change.
Change isn’t just a project anymore. The days of clean start to finish dates are behind us and we’re immersed in a time of radical world, business and work transformation. People are feeling the impacts of it, from increased levels of burnout to feelings of too much volume and complexity, change is fundamentally shaping the experience we have at work.
Change is hard and many people are psychologically wired to resist, and to seek the comfort of stability. Stability doesn’t shape or lead the future of NAV CANADA, so we have an opportunity to think differently. We have an opportunity to shape the experience that people have of change, the way they react to it, moving resistance to beyond acceptance and into influence. We’re starting with change sponsors.
Growth Built on Opportunities
