Shaping a culture of change adaptability

NAV CANADA plays a unique and critical role managing the 18 million square kilometres of Canadian civil airspace and the North Atlantic oceanic airspace under Canada’s control.

They’re passionate about shaping the future of air navigation safety and service and, aviation is transforming. We’re partnering with NAV CANADA to shape a culture of change adaptability at every level of the organisation.

1/3 of people say that growth is one of the top three things that shape a dream work experience for them.
WorkPossible

We crave learning. Humans crave possibility. But we don’t always equate that learning to understanding change.

Change isn’t just a project anymore. The days of clean start to finish dates are behind us and we’re immersed in a time of radical world, business and work transformation. People are feeling the impacts of it, from increased levels of burnout to feelings of too much volume and complexity, change is fundamentally shaping the experience we have at work.

Change is hard and many people are psychologically wired to resist, and to seek the comfort of stability. Stability doesn’t shape or lead the future of NAV CANADA, so we have an opportunity to think differently. We have an opportunity to shape the experience that people have of change, the way they react to it, moving resistance to beyond acceptance and into influence. We’re starting with change sponsors.

Growth Built on Opportunities

Support change sponsors to inspire and align their teams, building trust in the ongoing necessity of change.
